歐洲電梯認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)Liftinstituut在2019年12月發(fā)布了歐洲電梯新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而接下來國際的電梯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也會(huì)有該機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)理Pieter Schaareman參與編制。首先，早前發(fā)布的ISO 8100-1和ISO 8100 -2可以基于歐盟標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 81-20和EN 81-50作為國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在全球范圍內(nèi)通用。Pieter Schaareman提到，目前國際委員會(huì)對(duì)于檢測責(zé)任的全球推廣都沒有意見，因此ISO TC 178也是可以作為國際市場上對(duì)于“電梯指令方式”的一個(gè)新版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。他認(rèn)為未來對(duì)于座椅電梯和平臺(tái)電梯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（EN 81-40和81-41）也會(huì)相應(yīng)修改。

另外，低速載客電梯（EN 81-42）、風(fēng)力機(jī)專用電梯（EN 81-44）和住宅電梯（EN 81-46）也將發(fā)布新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而與電梯井道入口安全有關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（EN 81-13）也在修訂當(dāng)中，同時(shí)，符合EN 81-20安裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電梯公司清單（EN 81–60）也即將面世。最后，針對(duì)殘障人士在電梯事故中的疏散標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（EN 81-76）也即將發(fā)布。Pieter Schaareman 稱“關(guān)于疏散和救援的話題，把電梯當(dāng)作火災(zāi)中的疏散救援設(shè)備的呼聲越來越高，這也有賴于歐洲電梯認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)Liftinstituut的努力”。

EUROPEAN STANDARDS UPDATE

Liftinstituut's December 2019 update on European lift codes and the coming global lift standards featured Pieter Schaareman, codes and standards manager for Liftinstituut. First, ISO 8100-1 and -2 were published. These global standards are based on EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 and can be applied worldwide. Schaareman added that, while the international committees have no comment as to whether inspection obligations will be extended globally, ISO TC 178 is working on a revision of standards that have a “Lifts Directive approach” for the international market, which will also include information about type approvals. His outlook for the future includes revised standards for stairlifts and platform lifts (EN 81-40 and 81-41). Additionally, new standards are being prepared for low-speed lifts that carry people (EN 81-42), lifts in wind turbines (EN 81-44) and residential lifts (EN 81-46). New standard EN 81-13, which relates to the safe entry of lift shafts, is also on its way, as is the new standard EN 81-60, a checklist lift companies can use to demonstrate whether an installed lift complies with EN 81-20. Finally, the updated standard EN 81-76 for evacuation of persons with disabilities is to be published again soon. “Related to this topic, the idea of using the lift also as an evacuation device in the event of a fire is increasingly growing, partly due to Liftinstituut’s efforts,” he added.
